Terms and Conditions of Zapak Cash League (ZCL) 2 Contest

Zapak Digital Entertainment Limited (Zapak.com) and its affiliates provide the services subject to the following conditions incorporated hereunder. By accessing either directly or through a hyperlink, the website www.zapak.com, you accept to abide by the following terms and conditions stated below and the terms of use and privacy policy of the website. The ownership, management and control of this website www.zapak.com vests in entirety with Zapak Digital Entertainment Limited and you are subject to the terms, conditions, rules, regulations governed by Zapak Digital Entertainment Limited or its affiliates and applicable rules, regulations and laws which govern Zapak Digital Entertainment Limited.

By entering the contests, entrants accept these Terms & Conditions of entry.

* The contest is applicable to persons above 18 years.

* Entry to the contests is void where prohibited.

* Winners will be selected from the contest participants during the validity period.

* Winners will be directly contacted by Zapak.com

* The decision of Zapak.com will be final, binding and is non-contestable.

* Zapak.com reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the contests at any time without prior notice.

* The winners will each be entitled to One out of the gifts mentioned on the contest page, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

* Zapak.com is not liable for any warranty or representations either expressed or implied concerning the gifts.

* To the extent permitted by law, Zapak.com makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prizes/gifts.

* Zapak.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in any contest or using any gifts.

* Zapak.com accepts no responsibility for any variation in the gifts shown.

* If the contest requires prior compliance, then absence of such compliance shall be deemed as cancellation of the contest, without requirement of notice to any entrants or winners of contest.

* Zapak.com shall be entitled to provide gifts in variation of the gifts shown.

* Zapak.com will not bear any responsibility of transporting / packaging of gifts to the respective winner.

* Zapak Digital Entertainment Limited, reserves all rights under the contest.

* All gifts are non-transferable and non-refundable.

* Gifts cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash or kind. No cash claims can be made in lieu of gifts.

* All gifts worth more than Rs. 5,000/- in value will be eligible for tax deduction @ 30.6% as per Section 194 B of the Income Tax Act 1961 and 33.66% in the event that the gifts value is above 10 Lakhs. The gifts are also subject to such other taxes, duties and levies as applicable from time to time.

* Gift winners will be decided at the end of the promotion by Zapak.com based on the proprietary process Zapak.com uses.. The winner will pay within 24 hours for the TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and other taxes, duties and levies as applicable from time to time on the gifts. If the winner does not agree to comply, an alternative winner who agrees to pay the TDS and other taxes, duties and levies as applicable from time to time on the gifts will be chosen.

* The gift fulfillment will take 60 days from date of receipt of TDS and other taxes, duties and levies as applicable from time to time on the gifts, from the winner.

* Acceptance of a Gift by the winner constitutes permission for Zapak Digital Entertainment Limited, and its affiliates to use the winner's name, likeness, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide for purposes of advertising and trade without any additional compensation whatsoever.

* All entrants and winners waive any and all rights of claim with regards to the contest against Zapak.com

* All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Mumbai.

* This promotion is open only to Indian Nationals residing in India.

* Employees, affiliates, relatives and family members of Zapak.com, will not be eligible to participate in the contest.

* The contest is for the promotion of the website / products of Zapak Digital Entertainment Limited.

* "By this terms and conditions, I irrevocably confirm to have obtained consent and approval from my pals to receive email communications from Zapak.com at any time".

* Participating contestants should be more than 18 yrs of age.

* Users can earn points in the ZCL 2 contest as listed in the points table subject to the following limits:

• • Maximum of 15 points earned by adding Buddies on Zapak
• • Maximum of 25 points earned by challenging Buddies on Zapak
• • Maximum of 20 points earned by entering Tournaments on Zapak
• • Maximum of 15 points earned by scrapping Buddies on Zapak
• • Maximum of 20 points earned by bidding for products on Zapak Loyalty Program
• • Maximum of 40 points for Housie
• • Multiplayer 5 points per unique game (game completed)
• • Singleplayer game 2 points per unique game (score submitted)
