1) How do I enter a multiplayer Room?

• Click on the game you want to play. You will see a number of rooms listed,
  click on the room name you wish to enter
• If you want to go back to the Room listing page, click on "go back to rooms list"

2) How do I host and start a Game?

• Click on "?" to host a game
• Wait for a user to join the game, and then click on start
• When the user joins the table, click on "Start Game" to begin game or "No Thanks" to cancel the game
• To cancel the hosted table, without a user joining in, click on "Close Table"

3) How do I join a hosted game?

• Click on "Join Table"
• Then click on "Play" to start the game

4) What is "Chips" and how do I play games for chips?

• Chips are the virtual currency on Zapak. You can redeem these chips for gifts at the Prize Shop. You can earn chips by playing games for fun [Games hosted with "?"]. The system will randomly reward you chips on winning a game.
• When you win a game with no stakes, and you are eligible to will a free chip, system will prompt you to enter a security code, enter the code, and the chip will be awarded to you
• However when you have collected chips, you can stake your chips for the games you play. If you chose to stake 5 chips for a game, users with the same amount can join you game, and the winner gets to keep the losers chips
• Once you have collected enough chips, you can visit the Prize Shop and redeem you chips for gifts

5) What are the various graphic symbols in the game room?

• Click on to see the number of chips the user has
• Click on to see the player’s profile

6) How do I see my profile and statistics?

• Click on the "My Statistics" link to see your profile and statistics
• Here you will see
  • Statistics of various games you have played
  • You rating, given to you by other players
  • Comments posted by other players
  • Top ten players on the platform

7) How do I upload my Picture?

• To upload a photo click on "My Statistics"
• You will require 50 chips to upload you picture. If you have 50 chips, just browse the picture, and click on the Upload. 50 chips will be deducted from your account
• You can then change your picture every time for 5 chips

8) How do I check my ranking?

• Click on the "Leading Players" link to see the top ten leading players. The ranking is based on the number of chips held by the players.
• You will feature on the leader board based on the number of chips you have. Only top ten leading players are featured on the leader board

9) How do I view other user’s statistics?

• While in a Room click on the "rectangle bar" before the players name. A flash window will open where you will have the following choices
  
  • Ignore chat: You can ignore all chats coming from this player. His chats will not be displayed in your Chat window
  • Private chat: You can chat with another user in private. All you chats will appear in the chat window, however will not be visible to other users
  • Player Statistics and Rating: On clicking this, a separate page will open where you can:
    
• See players statistics
• Rate the player: You need to have played at least 10 completed games to rate the user
• Send Comment: You can send a comment to the user. To send the comment, just type in the comment and if the user approves it, your comment will appear on the users player statistics page
• Invite user to play: When you click on this feature, an invitation will be sent to the concerned user in the chat window. If the user accepts your invitation, the game will start. Similarly, you will receive invitations if other users invite you

10) What are the various options available while playing a game?

• While in the Game Window
• Click on button to save, quite or tie
  • Save and Quit: This will save the progress of your game, you can resume the game at a later time with the same player. You can use this feature only when you are playing for fun, and not when playing for chips
  • Cancel: Send a cancel request to the opponent, if he accepts it the game is cancelled without anybody losing / winning chips.
  • Cancel and Lose: Send a cancel request to the opponent, if he accepts it, you lose the game and the chips at stake
  • Tie: Send a tie request to the user, if he accepts it, the game is tied
  • Change Stakes: There is an option to change the stake. To do so, click on the stakes, and select the new stakes
• Use buttons to see previous moves in the game

11) How do I redeem chips for gifts?

• Once you have gathered enough number of chips, click on "Redeem Chips for Gifts"
• There will be various items displayed that can be redeemed for gifts
• Click on the item you wish to redeem
• Follow the steps for chip redemptions
