Rohit joined as CEO of Zapak.com (India’s Leading Causal Gaming Portal) in March 2006 and has built the entire team and business from scratch. Zapak is today one of the world's most comprehensive and unique gaming entity with interests in content, access, merchandising, mobile and events.

In a span of four years he has built Zapak.com India’s No. 1 Casual gaming portal with over 8 million registered users. He has also launched Multiple and Scalable SBUs such as Zapak Gameplex (Gaming Cafes) and Zapak Games (Gaming CDs and Merchandise) and Zapak MMOG business. With a team of over 270 professionals Zapak is today India’s largest gaming entity.

Now as the CEO – Digital Businesses – Reliance Entertainment, he also heads all other digital business including Big Adda – an e-commerce venture with alternate retailing which leverages both offline and online media., BIGFlix.com - India’s premier video on demand service catering to domestic Indians and NRI’s worldwide., and Jump Games - the leading Global publisher and developer of Online and Mobile Entertainment with global distribution across North America, South America, EMEA and APAC on 80 networks across 40 countries

He is also leading group’s global digital initiatives especially in the International Entertainment space such as acquisition of Codemasters, one of UK's leading Game development and distribution company. He is also actively involved in doing deals with leading Hollywood Studios/Talent to create and distribute digital products for the Global entertainment market.

Prior to this, Rohit was working with www.indiatimes.com. In his 6 year stint with Indiatimes.com, he managed a large number of projects ranging across content, commerce, technology and marketing.

He was part of the Senior Leadership and instrumental in creating strategies and plans for the overall growth of the Organization. He was also part of the core responsibility for getting a valuation of USD 500 Million for Indiatimes.com.

He has also worked with Cyber Media India Limited for two years in developing strategies for web publishing, generating content and building communities on the Internet for Cyber Media India Limited. During this period he was responsible for creating the business plan and strategy for www.ciol.com, India’s largest IT portal and spearheaded the VC funding for the portal and got Intel to fund the company

Rohit is a Physics Graduate from Delhi University and has completed his Management from Lancaster University, which is amongst the top three Business School in UK. Rohit has an overall experience of over 12 years in the Internet/Digital Entertainment industry, where he has managed all aspects of the Internet Business including content, community, e-commerce, sales and marketing.

Rohit has also been voted amongst the top 25 young executives in India by Business Today

Manish Agarwal is presently the Chief Operating Officer – Digital Business, Reliance Entertainment.

Manish heads operations of Bigflix, Bigadda, Zapak Digital Entertainment Limited and Jump Games.

Manish has a total experience of 14 years with 6 years dedicated to the digital industry with experience in companies like Microsoft, Rediff and UTV New Media.

Manish kick-started his career with Reliance Power Ltd., where he enjoyed close to a 2 year stint, starting 1996, as the Project manager with a strong project management and delivery capability. Playing a pivotal role in creating a highly passionate and motivated work force, Manish worked as the Senior programmer at Infosys followed by a stint at H.U.L as the Senior Manager for over 5 years where his portfolio comprised of diverse brands such as Rin, Wheel, Lifebuoy, Breeze, Taj Mahal and Lipton Green Label.

The profile of VP Marketing and eCommerce at Rediff.com till April 2008 put forth his experience and expertise of New Media businesses and his passion for product innovation and development. After over a year’s stint at Microsoft as the Director Marketing with a rich consumer understanding of the industry, he moved to UTV.

Manish holds a Bachelors degree from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

An Industrial engineer with over 13 years of experience, Sanjay started his career with Mastek Singapore and Mastek Scotland along with a stint at L & T Infotech.

A geek to the core, Sanjay loves reading and experimenting with new domains, software architectures and languages.

Recruited into Bennett, Coleman & co after undergoing SAP certification, he has worked at Indiatimes since inception as part of the team creating cutting edge technologies on the portal side besides being responsible for the ERP implementation as a Technology Head.

Sanjay is an avid non fiction reader and loves to go for long drives. His family consists of his wife and a son.
